My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were very good, spacious, and well-appointed; however, they were not ready until 5 pm, which was a bit late for my liking. The service was exceptional with very warming and welcoming staff who were attentive to every detail. The location on the Cotai Strip was convenient yet a bit confusing in some aspects. The dining experience was good overall, with a nice mix of Eastern and Western cuisine, but there was room for improvement in adding more variety to the menu. Overall, the hotel provided a comfortable stay with some excellent service and amenities.
The hotel offers quiet and peaceful rooms adorned with beautiful rose flower flakes, thanks to the exceptional service provided by Ana in the back office. The Platinum Premier status ensured a top-notch experience. The staff are extraordinarily helpful and attentive, making every interaction delightful. However, one of the pools was under maintenance at the time of my stay.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were spacious, clean, very comfy, and high tech; I even used the tablet to control the curtain, lighting, air-cons, and switch TV channels. The view of the Eiffel Tower from my room was breathtaking. The service was top-notch, with attentive staff who were friendly and accommodating. The hotel's location was unbeatable, connected to The Venetian and the Parisian, making it convenient for shopping, dining, and entertainment. The dining experience was excellent, offering a wide selection of food and beverages. Overall, a great value for money stay with luxurious amenities and a family-friendly atmosphere.
